In both cases, horsepower matters. Torque's advantage is ONLY during initial pickup or overtake, where it gives you good road grip and engine bite which is 0.5 seconds at best. Whilst this common issue occurs (ie. with the ABS and Check Engine Light warnings), the actual culprit is the speed sensors themselves. Temporary fixed (at TOS) by replacing the right rear sensor with another lancer's sensor (car being overhauled) and to test for 1 week... i.e. to determine whether its a sensor issue or a hub issue.
